IT investments have become the largest category of capital expenditure in United States-based businesses over the past decade. Though early ERP systems focused on large enterprises, smaller enterprises increasingly use ERP systems.

Choosing an Enterprise Resource Planning  system is a crucial job, not just in terms of licensing and maintenance, but in terms of dedicated resources and time.We have to choose those erp software which will suited as per your organisation. Deploying An ERP software according to your manufacturing business, it will instantly run smoother all day to day work and increase profits.
Focus on specific business processes and system requirements. The more specific you can be in front, the more detailed your vendors can be in their given proposals




Make a clear and extensive list of requirements before you start looking at vendors. After choosing right erp at your suited organisation, appoint an internal ERP person who knows or is comfortable managing software systems to serve as the project manager and surround him or her with good people. Never relay on the vendor appointed project manager. concern person will be responsible for collecting all the end user requirements, learning the new system inside and out, working with the vendor on data conversion, coordinating training and acting as the point of contact for all employees.

One of the common mistakes did by companies during ERP implementation is spending significant time, energy and money selecting the right software and implementation partners, only to assign their own 'B' team to the program, This results in numerous issues during design and implementation, slow decision making and delays.
